舌尖節約 京餐廳端出半份菜

為響應舌尖上的節約，北京餐飲業紛紛聯合以實際行動減少糧食浪費。北京10家大型餐飲業共749家門店紛紛推出「半份菜」、「小份菜」、「熱菜拼盤」與免費打包服務，其中台資餐飲業也響應這項「餐桌革新」。北京市餐飲行業協會預計，這項舉措可望減少50%的餐桌浪費。
