... 內閣. 〔中央社〕酒駕撞死送報生被判刑後潛逃出境的英商林克穎，日前主動與中華民國駐英代表處連絡，要求返台4項條件，遭駐英代表處嚴峻拒絕，並敦促林克穎儘速回台歸案。 這是上週林克穎（Zain Dean）潛逃出境的消息曝光後，他首次與中華民國政府主動連絡。
