經費人力不來 中市府拒接13條區域排水 中廣新聞網 財政困窘，地方槓上中央。繼表達補助不到位，拒接國立高中職後，台中市政府水利局長劉振宇表示，十三條中央管轄的區域排水，要求地方一百零三年底接管，總計治理加上人事管理費，共需五十五億，地方無法負擔，將比照國立高中職模式，中央補助不到位，台中市府拒絕接管。 更多 »
