小資女防乾澀！戴隱形眼鏡有「三調」

小資女若戴隱形眼鏡上班，長時間待在有空調的辦公室裡，應調整配戴時間、調整空調方向、調整用眼方式。（攝影／黃志文）基於愛美，許多小資女喜歡戴隱形眼鏡上班，然而長時間待在有空調的辦公室裡，眼睛容易感覺乾澀不適。眼科醫師王孟祺表示，點眼藥水也只能暫時緩解，提醒隱形眼鏡族注意「三調」：調整配戴時間、調整空調方向、調整用眼方式。
