健保轉虧為盈　目前盈餘165億元

長期虧損的全民健保，截至9月底，已經轉虧為盈。（攝影／黃志文）中華民國中醫藥學會成立60週年，副總統吳敦義25日應邀出席，在致詞中，吳副總統主動提及，目前全民健保截至9月底，已經轉虧為盈，盈餘165億元。副總統並稱讚全民健保是台灣之光，也是中華民國之寶，感謝在場中醫師願意同甘共苦，
