少「鈣」了 台灣是骨鬆骨折高危險區

千人走出戶外響應健走曬太陽，多鈣多健康。（圖片提供／中華民國骨質疏鬆學會）根據最新國際骨鬆期刊指出，台灣目前已被列為骨鬆骨折高危險區，超越亞洲其他鄰近國家。今20日為「世界骨鬆日」，超過千人齊聚台北市公館水岸廣場，以「走出戶外『鈣』健康，勤曬太陽保維生素D」的觀念，響應對骨骼健康的重視。
