中共軍系軍委10成員 大幅換血

大陸所稱的「中央軍委」分為黨的中共中央軍事委員會和政府的國家軍事委員會，實為「二個招牌，一套班子」。以中華人民共和國中央軍事委員會為例，《憲法》規定：中央軍事委員會領導全國武裝力量；中央軍事委員會由主席，副主席若干人，委員若干人組成。現任中央軍委主席為胡錦濤，他同時是黨的總書記及國家主席，也就是中國「三位一體」的黨政軍最高領導人。
